“We are a school with teachers from more than 30+ countries and are always welcoming more. We value diversity and we do not follow the\u00a0“you need to be a native speaker to teach English”<\/em> paradigm. We would like your help to change this mindset.<\/p>\n

We also genuinely want the students to improve and we are looking for teachers who will give students feedback and corrections to help them improve their English.”<\/p>\n

Why We Do It<\/h2>\nJapan is experiencing an international disaster where people still cannot speak English despite spending 6 years learning the language.\u00a0\nRather than complaining or being pessimistic about the problem, we wanted to make a change and motivate others to help us to do it.\n\t\t\t

Building Confidence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: We will overcome the confidence barrier with an international team of role-models who have achieved fluency in English.<\/p>\n

Step 2: We need teachers who will challenge students by correcting their mistakes, giving them second chances, and giving tips and advice on how to improve their English. A student will not realize their capability if they do not have a coach to show them what they can achieve.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPop Up – Raising Fluency 1\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t

Increase English Usage<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Provide opportunities to use English outside of school. We currently have monthly events for students to meet foreigners and we also send students abroad to study English.<\/p>\n
