One Coin Englishに入る前は、ジンバブエのAllied SystemsでGIS（地理情報システム）のコースファシリテーターとして勤務し、受講生への指導やサポートを行っていました。日本では、Nova Holdingsでイングリッシュキャンプ講師として働き、さらにISA, Inc.ではグループリーダー兼アシスタントファシリテーターとして活動していました。これらの経験を通して、さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ人々と関わるコミュニケーション力を身につけました。
