SP-T - Success Partner - Teacher
The Success Partner - Teacher is a hybrid role that combines high-quality classroom instruction with essential school operations and community-building initiatives. This position balances teaching responsibilities with vital business functions, including driving student enrollment, managing schedules, and mentoring staff.
SD - School Director
The School Director is the primary leader of an individual school campus, responsible for managing overall business operations, revenue targets, and strategic growth. This management role focuses on driving high-quality customer engagement, building a vibrant student community, and leading staff recruitment and development.
Head Office Positions
We also have staff who began as part-time teachers who progress into positions at the head office, in roles related to recruitment, training and area management.
