TRAINING
We provide structured, paid training designed to give you the skills and confidence to teach effectively in our classrooms. During training, you’ll learn our teaching approach, lesson flow, and how to engage adult learners in a communicative environment. Even after your initial training, you’ll continue to develop through on-the-job experience, feedback, and optional learning opportunities, helping you grow as a teacher over time.

FEEDBACK
No teaching experience? No problem! At One&Co, we provide all the support you need to succeed. You’ll receive regular, constructive feedback from our managers to help you confidently deliver high-quality lessons. Plus, as you hone your skills and improve your classes, you will unlock higher earnings through our Level Up System.
Observation
Regular lesson observations from your manager, to highlight your strengths and identify areas to grow.
Feedback Sync
Your manager will discuss areas to grow, and share the criteria to reach the next teacher level.
Implementation
Put new strategies straight into practice in your classroom, watching your confidence and bookings go up.
LEVEL UP SYSTEM
Our Level Up System is designed to recognize your growth and provide clear opportunities to progress. As you gain experience and demonstrate your skills, you can move through different levels, taking on more responsibility and expanding your role within the school. Our level-up system gives you a clear path to develop and be recognized for your contributions.
